Introductions and Welcome
Just call me Gouldilocks - finding the right fit organization (Haley Gould - Smith College)	With experience at 3 very different schools, Haley has found the way to enterprise CRM to be a bit like trying porridge.. sometimes its hot, sometimes its cold, sometimes you don’t even know exactly what it is until you just dive in. About 18 months ago, she left her comfort zone to find the “just right” fit at Smith College after having worked at both Michigan State and University of Michigan previously. In this presentation, she will discuss factors at play for enterprise CRM, how to lead change (and how not to), approaches to CRM, as well as what they are working on at Smith College.

'Go With the Flow' for your Automation (Nick Lindberg, Univ of Minnesota)	If we learned one thing in 2020, it's how to "Go with the Flow". This theme also applies to building the best automation using the improved & simplified tools of Salesforce Flows! This session is an all-levels introduction to Flows with examples of how we use this tool as well as the latest release updates you won't want to miss.
