Keynote - With Great Platforms Comes Great Responsibility: Panel Discussion on Governance
No matter the size of your organization, building business technology governance is integral for innovation. A Center of Excellence (CoE) is a team or entity that manages risk, provides leadership, evangelizes, and supports innovation for a focus area. During this panel discussion we will hear from several different organizations on how they approach change and leadership of Salesforce and their challenges and lessons learned. If your org does not currently have a CoE, we will also discuss ideas of how you can begin to put the building blocks of your CoE in place.
Panelists: Alan Ng (University of Wisconsin), Megan Bouret (North Dakota State University), Carrie Otto (University of Minnesota), Ryan Blake (University of St. Thomas)
