Winter and Spring 2021 Release Features and Future Roadmap Highlights	Have you seen the latest features from the Winter and Spring 2021 Salesforce releases? Join us to learn more about what Salesforce has delivered recently for education customers and also get a preview into what is coming in the Summer 2021 release in this user group leader-led presentation. Mandatory MFA is Coming Soon - Are You Ready?	We all recently received notification from Salesforce that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required in Salesforce orgs starting February 2022. This has raised a lot of concerns and questions, and this session will provide details & tips directly from a Salesforce staff member that will help all of us prepare for this requirement. The session will have a large portion of time set aside for audience question and answer, so bring your institution's burning MFA questions. Presenter: Carlos Villalpando (Salesforce.org)

This session will highlight 2 different Salesforce centric scheduling solutions, Riva Engine and ScheduleOnce (OnceHub), and how they can help your campus seamlessly flow data between calendar, contact and email data from Outlook, Office365 and Gmail with Salesforce.
