Keynote - Accentuate the Positive - A New Change Management Approach
Most change management processes start with pain points and move to solutions. What if we flip it and start by identifying strengths and how they can get us to goals? It's called Appreciative Inquiry. Carrie Marcinkevage (aka "Dr. CRM") from Penn State Univ is a certified Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and will overview this unique process for flipping the usual change conversation and redirecting organizational energy toward faster, more impactful, longer lasting results.
