In this special Q3 user group meeting, we are partnering up with the Philadelphia Salesforce Marketer Group, Form Assembly and Eigen X to discuss Higher Education and how to increase engagement using Salesforce-Integrated tools. This session will discuss best practices on capturing prospective student inquiries, driving engagement with communities, and marketing across higher education.

The event will feature a live demo from FormAssembly, a presentation by Eigen X, and best practices from university administrators from California State University East Bay & Monterey Bay, Harvard University, and the University of San Francisco on using Salesforce communities.
