The University of Michigan's Salesforce Evolution
An overview of how Salesforce is utilized across the University of Michigan - we will highlight the 18 orgs on campus and the evolution of the Salesforce Center of Excellence to support an Enterprise Org. We will look at real-world use cases that showcase solutions and best practice as well as the tools and third-party applications that are integrated into our Salesforce setup.

This session will overview how Ivy Tech Community College, the largest single accredited community college in the country, optimizes the student journey using Salesforce throughout the entire learner lifecycle.

Have you ever thought, “If only I had an extra day to … ?” Well on Leap Day you do! Having an extra day in our year gives us a chance to take this gift of time to do something special with it. We'll talk about some ways to use this extra day to reflect on the past and decide where we want to be on the next Leap Day in 2028 and the steps to get there.
