Jon is a Principal of Experience Strategy and Design at Slalom. He embraces a curious, question-based approach for understanding peoples’ needs to create meaningful experiences through design. Over the last decade he’s taught visual design at several institutions—including Washington University in St. Louis—and is a co-author of 97 Things Every UX Practitioner Should Know from O’Reilly Media.
Josh is a Sr. Strategy Consultant at Slalom with ~20 years of experience leading teams toward meaningful connections that drive quality business outcomes. Josh has also served as an adjunct professor in the business school at Webster University and is a certified Futurist, studying the signals that help us understand shifting trends and values. Josh is currently working towards licensing as a professional counselor researching trauma, resilience and their impact on how people live and work.
