About this event

Managing data can be a time consuming task. You need data for development and testing in your Developer Sandboxes or Scratch Orgs that need to be updated frequently. In addition, many AppExchange packages and custom solutions include Custom Objects for Record Based Configured that needs to be manually added to every org as part of the deployment. While there are tools to help with those tasks, many of those require a fair bit of manual effort and time.

ETCopyData can help with this. As an Open Source SFDX plugin, it is easy to install and use. It supports backing up all your data in JSON files and can easily be embedded in Continuous Integration pipelines. More importantly, it allows a lot of flexibility through configuration and is capable of automatically retrieving all fields without you changing a single bit of configuration.

Join this session to get an overview of ETCopyData and see how you could use it in your company to simplify the management of configuration and test data.

At the end, I will give a quick overview of the new features that RFLIB received since I introduced it to the group over one year ago.
