Randi spent 9 years in Financial Sales followed by 4 years as a Data Analyst/Modeler, and another 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator before starting her own Salesforce.com Consulting firm and later also joining Peergenics where she is now a Technical Solution Delivery Director.Randi attended 6 different Universities and Colleges over the course of 14 years, finally receiving a B.S. in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. As you might imagine, she’s a firm believer in persevering!As a privileged member of her culture, she firmly believes in sharing that privilege: volunteering at Junior Achievement, various STEM and STEAM Salesforce oriented events, and at local public schools introducing young humans to technology via Salesforce.com’s Trailhead.Randi’s been a co-leader of the Twin Cities Women in Tech Salesforce Group, a co-leader of the monthly Twin Cities Salesforce Saturday group, as well as the Co-Founder and Co-Manager of the Healthcare Security User Group. She’s had the privilege of participating twice in panel sessions at the Minneapolis World Tour; in 2014 and in 2016, and presented at numerous User Groups event. She’s an active member in the Salesforce Success Community, the Ohana Slack, and Twitter, and believes in paying forward the help and support she has received over the years.When not immersed in Salesforce, she’s got a passion for gardening, is knee-deep in house renovations, and enjoys Vinho Verde next to her backyard waterfall.
