There has been a lot of buzz in the Apex arena and some very interesting updates coming in the near future. Join us as we get a chance to have a talk with the Salesforce Director of Apex Product Management -- Daniel Ballinger!!
Daniel will be talking in depth about the new "User Mode" feature, Dataweave's data transformation capabilities now available for Apex, and other new updates coming to the Apex programming language. There will also be questions and answer section with Daniel.
For those who are unfamiliar with Daniel's background, he has over a decade of experience with the Salesforce Platform as a system integrator and implementer of managed packages for the App Exchange. He has been recognized as a Salesforce MVP since 2015 for his contributions to the developer community, which include the Salesforce Stack Exchange, that other version of the Wsdl2Apex tooling, and the unofficial list of Salesforce ID key prefixes on fishofprey.com. He has presented at Salesforce user groups and Dreamforce on a number of topics, including visualizing metadata component dependencies, performance improvements to the ESAPI library, and using Einstein Vision object detection to create both a self driving Lego car and a garden water turret that selectively only sprays the neighbors cats. In 2021 he took on the role as the Product Manager for Apex at Salesforce to continue expanding improvements and valuable features for the benefit of all Apex developers.
This meet-up is a must attend for any serious developers!
