In February's meetup, Rachel Beard will join us to discuss and demo 2 recently launched products in the Security & Compliance family: Privacy Center and Security Center. As a Security Technical Architect, Rachel was part of the pilot and launch team for Privacy Center and is already in the process of rolling out the Security Center to her customers. She will brief us on Salesforce's overall approach to security, changes to the data privacy landscape, common compliance concerns, and then give us a peek at these new products, which launched in Winter '21. Who is Rachel Beard?

Rachel joined Salesforce in 2014 and is a Principal Security Technical Architect. Rachel's areas of expertise are Salesforce security, data privacy, and compliance. She has over 14 years of experience in Salesforce careers, spanning everything from System Administrator to Developer to Solutions Architect and even Product Marketing. Rachel enjoys volunteering and is the volunteer coordinator for Wet Nose Rescue, a leader of a Pride ERG at Salesforce, and a chair on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at her local public school. She lives in Bucks County and has been a member of Phillyforce for nearly 10 years.
