LWCs in Flows & Philosophy, Challenges, and Opportunities of DevOps

About this event

We're back again for another great night of informative talks, discussion, and networking.

This month we have this lined up for you...

Philosophy, Challenges, and Opportunities of DevOps on Salesforce - Aidan Harding

In this presentation, we go way back: What do we deploy and why? What is code and what is truth? What is it about Salesforce that makes it challenging? As a consultancy, we don’t get to dictate all aspects of the approach, so the fundamentals help us to make the right decisions for each project. By stepping back (and sideways into philosophy and anthropology), we can ask the right questions to go forward.

A match made in heaven! – How to Use LWCs in Flows - Ashwin Kumar Srinivasan

Developers, help your Admin colleagues to get maximum power by creating easy to navigate screen components!

In this session I will show you how to weave reusable components in Screen Flows, how to get notified on attribute changes and how to navigate screen flows using code.

With this knowledge, you two will be able to combine the power of Flow and LWC to create a powerful and flexible toolkit.

As well as the two talks we'll also have some swag to give away, and perhaps we'll chat a bit about what might be in store for us in Spring '23 too.

As always, we will give everyone plenty of time to talk and network, eat, and have a fun and relaxing evening.

Please note this is an in-person only event - only RSVP if you are confident you will be able to attend.

Huge thanks to Nebula Consulting for sponsoring and hosting us this month.
