About this event

Join us for another fun, educational, and enjoyable meet of the London Salesforce Developer Trailblazers.
We're joined by the fantastic Robert Sösemann who will carry on from last month's talk on PMD by showing us how to create our own custom rules.

More info on our second talk soon..

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON event only, and sadly due to repeat no-shows we might have to start REFUSING ENTRY to folk if they RSVP and repeatedly don't make the events. This is something we really want to enforce, but many folk have not been able to attend the events due to others taking up a ticket and then not showing up. We understand that plans do change, but if they do please update your RSVP as soon as you can.

Custom PMD rules. For any Metadata. Within Minutes - Robert Sösemann

Most developers use the Code Analyser PMD on a daily basis, and have successfully integrated it with their other tooling. But, few know how to easily adapt and extend PMD. Thankfully, this can be done without code and within minutes. In this practical session Robert Sösemann, Principal Architect at Aquivalabs, will teach you how to customize rulesets and create your own rules for Apex and metadata — soon you'll be able to start customizing PMD on a daily basis too!

DevOps: Culture for Success - Aidan Harding

Suppose you've solved all the technical problems relating to DevOps tooling in Salesforce. That's no easy task, but it's still not enough. To deliver great software fast and continuously, there are people and process challenges, too. The revolution in your tooling enables a revolution in the whole project lifecycle. Join me to discover how the true agility that DevOps provides can make your projects more successful and impactful.

As always, we will give everyone plenty of time to talk and network, eat, and have a fun and relaxing evening. We'll also cover the latest news from the community, and hopefully have some swag to give away too

Please note this is an in-person only event - only RSVP if you are confident you will be able to attend.
