Yes, let's get 2025 started with a bang, and to do so we have two awesome sessions for you.

We'll not only get a Spring '25 release rundown from our very own Keir, but we'll also hear from the wonderful Pei with a talk called I’m a dev! How do I manage my project manager?!

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON event only, and sadly due to repeat no-shows we might have to start REFUSING ENTRY to folk if they RSVP and repeatedly don't make the events. This is something we really want to enforce, but many folk have not been able to attend the events due to others taking up a ticket and then not showing up. We understand that plans do change, but if they do please update your RSVP as soon as you can.

Developers are often at the receiving end of a project manager's decisions and deadlines, but what if you could influence the dynamic to foster better collaboration and smoother project delivery?

This talk explores how developers can identify and effectively "manage" their project managers by understanding common PM styles and tailoring their communication and collaboration strategies.

Packed with real-life stories and tangible tips, this session will discuss how Devs can understand their PM's quirks, ensuring their voice is heard and their work environment is productive and respectful.

Whether you're a junior dev or a seasoned engineer, you'll learn how to build strong relationship with your PM that can be very rewarding in the long run (despite the trials and bumps of your normal salesforce project!)
