June is a busy month for the London Salesforce community, but we found a great opportunity just between London's Calling and the London World Tour for another great event for our group. We're back for another two amazing sessions and hope you can join us.

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON event only, and sadly due to repeat no-shows we might have to start REFUSING ENTRY to folk if they RSVP and repeatedly don't make the events. This is something we really want to enforce, but many folk have not been able to attend the events due to others taking up a ticket and then not showing up. We understand that plans do change, but if they do please update your RSVP as soon as you can.

Components, components, components - isn’t everything a component - Oliver Scofield

This session will walk through of a collection of lightning web components and their apex class counterparts. The components include a custom message board, assembled from base components and an exploration of the tree grid and modal components. This will include wiring up data to the lwcs, lazy loading within the tree grid and auto closing on modal components.

Easy, Scalable, and Efficient Apex Data Transforms with DataWeave - Let’s get Started - Todd Halfpenny

DataWeave in Apex uses Mulesoft’s DataWeave library to read and parse data from one format, transform it, and export it to another. The use of DataWeave can make data transformation easier to code, more scalable, and efficient. Join Todd as he introduces us to DataWeave in Apex and helps us get started with it as he takes us on a journey through its use, its tooling, and its features through some easy-to-follow examples.

DataWeave is currently in Beta, so now's a good time to start taking a look. 

As always, we will give everyone plenty of time to talk and network, eat, and have a fun and relaxing evening. We'll also cover the latest news from the community, and hopefully have some swag to give away too
