Please note that this is an IN-PERSON event only, and sadly due to repeat no-shows we might have to start REFUSING ENTRY to folk if they RSVP and repeatedly don't make the events. This is something we really want to enforce, but many folk have not been able to attend the events due to others taking up a ticket and then not showing up. This hands-on session will talk you through an integration with AWS using a CTI adapter. After reviewing some concepts, we will spend most of the session in the AWS interface, discovering and discussing the different points that will help you make a better decision in your next CTI project.
