This month we have two exciting speakers. Our all-time favourite Richard Clark will remind us what DevOps is all about, what it's meant to deliver, and the Agile manifesto. And straight from the Salesforce architecture team, Amar Deogirikar will be shining a light on LWR templates and what they can (and can't) do!
About this event
This month we have two fantastic sessions:
Move Fast and Don’t Break Things - Richard Clark
“Agile and DevOps delivery in the Salesforce ecosystem is failing, changes are taking longer to reach production, and are more buggy than they were 10 years ago. Discuss” I want to try something new. I invite you to come join me to argue for, and against, my statement. Let’s remind ourselves what the Agile Manifesto says, identify which changes we can quickly deploy without increasing risk. You don’t have to talk, but you do have to vote for a winner!
Intro to LWR Templates - Amar Deogirikar
Amar has been at Salesforce for over 10 years, and is here to share his inside knowledge with us. This time it's all about LWR! If you work with Experience Cloud, chances are you're wondering whether to use an LWR template, how it works, and what their limitations are. This is the perfect chance to learn about the latest experience technology and ask any questions you have.
As always, we will give everyone plenty of time to talk and network, eat, and have a fun and relaxing evening.
To keep everyone safe from COVID-19, we encourage all attendees to take a lateral flow test within 72 hours of the event. Please be mindful of other people's feelings with regard to social distancing at the venue.
Please note this is an in-person only event - only RSVP if you are confident you will be able to attend.
Huge thanks to Mason Frank for hosting us this month.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting on the day.
