Using the built in Schema describe methods we can retrieve information about sObjects such as field names, labels, picklist values, record types and more. This allows us the flexibility to construct SOQL strings, on the fly at runtime in Apex. These dynamically created strings can then be used to query objects without the need to hardcode any names of fields or objects. As always food will be provided! Hope to see everyone for this in depth review of dynamic queries.
