This session will walk you through the powerful tools and features that AgentForce offers.
In our previous session, we explored Agents and the Prompt Builder, giving you a foundational understanding of how the platform operates. With that knowledge, you already have an idea of the overall workflow and how different components interact.
By the end of this session, you will have a clear and practical understanding of how to effectively utilize Agentforce’s features- Service Agents and RAG -allowing you to streamline workflows and enhance overall performance.
