Hello and welcome back! We have great news - community group meetups are on again! At first we will have to stick with virtual events, but as soon as possible we will, of course, meet in person :)

First meeting of 2021 shall be dedicated not to Salesforce products or uses directly, but to community content: apps and solutions developed to take full advantage of the great platform. Please bring your cheers and your experiences with apps!

As a first speaker, Doron Gower from KMS Lighthouse will show us how KMS Lighthouse’s knowledge management tool can take you beyond Salesforce knowledge functionality. KMS Lighthouse’s guided decision flows automatically pull the relevant customer data to ensure the correct process is presented, reducing interaction times and error rates and simplifying interactions for employees and customers.

Second panel will be by Saulius Rekašius and Simonas Balčius. Saulius and Simonas will demonstrate very creative platform use for company intranet, up to and including integration with new Salesforce toy - Slack!
