Beat the summer heat and join the Cleveland Developer Group in person for some ice cream and a discussion on managing expectations!

This in-person meeting will be a Dreamforce-style Circle of Success discussion on managing expectations.  Please come and participate - share your experiences, opinions, hopes!  Questions to be discussed include:
How do you handle the expectations others have of your and your work?
What expectations do you have for yourself?
How might you classify/categorize expectations to help clarify and manage them?
What do you do when expectations aren't matched between people you interact with or with your abilities?
How do you communicate your expectations?
What have been some of the best ways others have communicated their expectations with you?

We're meeting at Lumpy's on Pearl Road in Parma Heights.  There is plenty of parking at the back of the building and we'll gather at the picnic tables in the shelter (its not indoors but we're covered if it rains).  You'll need to be there by 6:45pm so we can all order our ice cream together!

And we'll have plenty of swag (mugs. magnets, stickers, shirts, plushies, nanoblock sets, etc).
