Roll up, roll up for another virtual Bristol developer group coffee morning! We will be hosting another early morning dev group on Wednesday 31st March from 7:30AM to 9:00AM. The agenda is simple; wake up, slippers on, kettle on, laptop open, then spend a few hours with your fellow developers, talking all things Salesforce Development.
Discussion topics will naturally evolve on the day, but will probably include a combination of Lightning Web Component development, source control, VS code, new apps we have discovered / built, best practices, recent release features, handling governor limits and considering what direction the platform might take in the near future. SAFE HARBOUR - please do not base any purchase decisions on the over excited ramblings of Salesforce developer group leaders after they have had 2 cups of coffee first thing in the morning ;D
We have run a few coffee morning events during lockdown, and have found it a great way to keep the spirit of the local development community alive. Although it has been difficult without in-person meetups, these coffee morning provide a great opportunity to give us all some time to talk informally and socially about Salesforce development with our peers, with a few off topic chats and laughs along the way.
Remember, the group is run by devs for devs, so if there is a particular topic you want to explore, or a question about the platform, certifications, or development in general you would like answered, then let us know! Also, if you would like to make a presentation to the group, then reach out to us and we will arrange a run through at a future event.
We look forward to seeing you all virtually, and hopefully in person really soon! Not long now, we can almost smell the pizza!
Thanks,
Chris, Mick and Simon
