We are excited to come together to share back the results of the 2023 Boston Area Salary Survey! We are co-hosting this event, led by The Boston Women in Tech group, along with friends at the Boston Nonprofit User Group, Boston Developer Group, Boston Salesforce Saturday, Northeast Higher Ed Regional Group, and Amplify Boston.

In this meeting, we'll present back the survey results, then break out into small groups discussing how we can use this information to pursue our aspirations in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is our 4th year doing an anonymous salary survey; a big thank you to you all for your turnout the past couple years with this survey! Your responses help us benchmark compensation in the greater Boston Salesforce community, and to strengthen and support one another in wage transparency and negotiation positions.

If you're a member of one of the Boston Salesforce groups, or someone in the greater Boston area who uses Salesforce for your job who has not yet taken the survey, please do! The survey is found at https://bit.ly/BASS2023, and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will close on Monday February 5 so we can compile the results for this meeting. Please consider sharing it with your Boston area Salesforce circles so we can have a rich data set!
