Our speaker, Jean-Pierre Rizzi, has been active in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2018. He began his journey as a functional consultant and has since grown into the role of Project Manager and Director. Despite this progression, he remains hands-on with the platform and continues to engage with the product directly. Many of his projects have included business analysis responsibilities as part of his broader role.

Jean-Pierre has been creating informational content for several years, including articles and webinars for his former company, CLOUDITY, as well as for various Dreamin events. While he does not claim a narrow area of specialization, he has worked extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex custom data models. His interest in these areas fuels his passion for Solution Architecture, and he is actively pursuing certification as a Salesforce Certified Architect.

Since December 2024, Jean-Pierre has also served as the Leader of the Paris Slack Community Chapter.
