Salesforce Business Analyst Group (Virtual)
Join Vanessa Grant and Janeen Marquardt to learn how to use AI to draft Salesforce user stories. We’ll walk through some user story basics and then how to prep your content, prompt a GPT, and refine the output. We’ll also cover where human judgment still matters most and create a GPT live! If you run discovery or write stories (especially on a time crunch), this one is for you.
Leveraging AI to Craft Useful User Stories for Salesforce Projects
If you’ve ever been buried under a mountain of vague user stories or rushed requirements, this session is for you. Join Vanessa Grant and Janeen Marquardt to explore how AI can help you work faster while keeping your standards high.
We’ll start with user story fundamentals and explain how to write stories that are clear, valuable, and testable. Then we’ll show you how to use AI tools like custom GPTs to turn messy transcripts and scattered workshop notes (errr.... or is that just me?) into structured, usable drafts. You'll learn how to prep your content, prompt the model without confusing it, and clean up the AI’s homework so it actually makes sense.
This session also focuses on what AI cannot do. Like read minds. Or understand why your stakeholders keep thinking the solution to everything is a “button.” We’ll discuss where human judgment is essential and why strong acceptance criteria still anchor project success.
As an added bonus, we will build a GPT live and share tips you can take back to your projects. Whether you are a solo admin, business analyst, consultant, or product owner, this session will give you tools to save time and deliver better outcomes without losing control of the story.
