An Operating, Governance & Architecture Framework (SOGAF)
Implementing and running any large-scale Salesforce landscape is a significant challenge that requires strong governance, but there is no “one size fits all shapes” for such an endeavour to be successful.
Salesforce Architects, Managers, Consultants or Operations leads, are responsible for managing technology-driven transformations and delivering the outcomes that build the future of their businesses. In their respective roles, they are challenged with questions related to governance at scale, such as: where do we start? How far must we go? What capabilities, roles and skills do we need? How do we ensure end-to-end alignment of all actors and components?
This presentation is meant to help Participants have the thought processes and tools to answer these questions when they return to the field. Participants will learn how to identify governance patterns at their companies or customers, select an operating model, and recommend an appropriate governance and CoE setup…. using a Salesforce Operating, Governance and Architecture Framework (SOGAF), best practices and learnings from successful case studies
The session is interactive: attendees are encouraged to bring their governance-related questions in view of understanding how to address these using the relevant chapters of SOGAF with case studies and interactive input from the audience.
