Melbourne Architect Community Group Meetup Oct 17th, 2024

Oct 17, 7:00 – 9:30 AM

Salesforce Architect Group, Melbourne, Australia

Melbourne Architect Community Group Meetup for Oct - In Person!

About this event

In this meetup, our first presenter Nick Bowman will share how Zimmer Biomet Australia delivered a seamless experience for Surgery Teams working with Zimmer Biomet to automate the marking of materials used in Orthopaedic Surgery. Salesforce and MuleSoft underpinned the AI automation solution that allowed Zimmer Biomet's Sales Reps to have more meaningful time with Surgeons and saved thousands of hours for inventory reconciliation and invoicing for their Customer Services team.

Our second presenter Simon Mort, Lead Solution Architect at VISEO Australia, takes us through an introduction to Salesforce Billing. Simon will talk to the key features and benefits of the product, as well as presenting a showcase of 2 recent implementations, sharing the challenges, learnings and outcomes to help you with identifying when this is the right product to implement and how to achieve success.

Join us to connect or re-connect with the Melbourne Salesforce Architects Community, and to have a bite to eat and a drink or two. Please note that you will need to collect a QR code from our little station in the foyer so please try to arrive no later than 6:30pm (we will be kicking off presentations shortly after).

This is an inclusive event. So whether you are an architect, an aspiring architect, or just interested in the journey or the discussion you are welcome to join us!
