As AI tools become more embedded in platforms like Salesforce, the conversation is often framed around automation, productivity, and performance. But the more important question is: what does this mean for people? In this session, we’ll explore practical, real-world examples of AI in action — not just as a technical upgrade, but as a catalyst for changing how people work. We’ll look at how teams are using AI to reduce noise, focus on meaningful work, and make better decisions — whether it’s in sales, service, marketing, or operations. Expect a candid conversation that balances innovation with impact — and challenges the idea that the biggest value in AI is found in features, rather than in freeing up humans to do what only humans can.

Our second presenter is one of our OG Presenters, Doug Merrett, who will take us through Transaction Security and Event Monitoring.
