In this upcoming joint meeting with the Salesforce Architect Group, Melbourne and Marketing Cloud Developer Group, we will explore strategies to solve the problem of duplicate customer data. While different Salesforce platforms have their own approaches to duplicate management, it's important to apply a holistic approach when integrating Salesforce platforms and third-party systems.

Join us to learn the different options and approaches for managing duplicate records across a technology stack and understand when it's appropriate to de-duplicate data, and when it's not. Our presenters will also discuss a real-world email newsletter use case.
