Svet Voloshin will demo Salesforce Scheduler, an optional product that runs natively on top of Salesforce, and he will show how it can be integrated with chatbot to facilitate the scheduling of appointments.
Our speaker is Svet Voloshin for this virtual meeting. Svet is working toward his CTA certification. In preparation, he recently set up a demo for Salesforce Scheduler with Chatbot. In this session, he will show us how this feature works in Salesforce, and what use cases it suits. Svet will share his learnings and answer our questions.
