Salesforce Architect Group, Copenhagen, Denmark
Join an "INTERACTIVE SESSION" to rethink design around the customer journey—not just internal goals. Learn how silos, scope limits, and delivery pressures fragment customer experience. Discover an “outside-in” architecture approach, real-world examples, and explore why Salesforce's Customer 360 often falls short in practice.
This session explores the gap between the promise of Customer 360 and what actually gets delivered in many Salesforce implementations. Despite technically sound architecture, the customer experience often ends up fragmented due to organizational silos, scope boundaries, and short-term delivery constraints.
We'll walk through common examples of this disconnect, introduce a practical “outside-in” approach to architecture, and challenge the audience to reflect on how they design for the customer journey - not just internal processes or departmental goals.
The session will be grounded in real-world use cases and will end with an interactive exercise and discussion.
