As our first presenter, we have been lucky to have Jannis travelling up from Sydney to talk to us about ways to integrate Salesforce with external systems using declarative approaches in Salesforce. He will walk through an example of how an integration can be built with OpenAI and explain how to best engineer and architect the solution for scale.
