Dear Vancouver Salesforce Trailblazers Admin Community,

Our last meeting was a huge success, and it was truly wonderful to meet so many of you in person! Thanks to the growing interest in our group, I am delighted to announce that we've secured a bigger venue for our upcoming meeting. I have carefully incorporated your valuable feedback into our next agenda to make this session even more engaging and beneficial for everyone.

Join your fellow Salesforce Administrators for an interactive session focused on knowledge sharing, feature updates, and collaborative problem-solving. This meeting is designed to provide valuable insights while building our local Salesforce admin community.

Part 1: Welcome and Special Guest (15-20 minutes)

                      - Meet and Greet

                      - Special Guest: Clair Lam is joining us to share details about the upcoming True North Dreamin event taking place in Vancouver April 24-25, 2025

Part 2: Admin Productivity Showcase (45 minutes)

          TOPIC: Round-table sharing of favourite admin tools and productivity hacks

                      - Live demonstrations from volunteer participants (will have HDMI cable to connect to our projector)

                      - Open discussion and Q&A about shared tools

          TOPIC: Succeed in the AI Era as an #AwesomeAdmin

                      - Special presentation offered by #AwesomeAdmins group, which we will review together, and its about why the Admin role is more exciting than ever, latest innovation resources and exploring how AI is enhancing our capabilities. Feel free to share your thoughts and experience on building Agentforce!

BREAK (15 minutes)

Part 3: Breakout Discussion Tables (45 minutes) Participants will join one of three focused discussion groups:

         Table 1: Career Development

• Share and receive job search strategies
• Discuss valuable resources and certifications
• Network with experienced admins willing to share their career journeys

         Table 2: Project Brainstorming (please reach out to Alla with your topics so we could share them prior to meeting)

• Collaborative problem-solving for real-world scenarios
• Share best practices and alternative approaches
• Learn from peers' experiences and insights

         Table 3: Problem-Solving Clinic (please reach out to Alla with your topics so we could share them prior to meeting)

• Bring your current or anticipated challenges
• Get feedback from experienced admins
• Discuss different solution approaches
