I will present some lessons learned from a recent SAP and Salesforce migration / go live.  
Unfortunately we were unable to reserve a space at the Foundry, so we will meet across the street on the 8th floor of the Fair building.  Take the elevator up to the 8th floor and turn left, then you will find the conference room on your left.
