Series Introduction:
The “Salesforce Flow” Session Series is intended to anyone who’s new to Salesforce Flow or has limited experience with it. The first sessions will introduce, through presentation and practical examples, Salesforce Flow key concepts and basics and the further sessions will go into more advanced concepts and best practices. At the end of the series, participants should be equipped to start creating their own flows and cover 80% of the usual flow use cases.

William Havard
Slalom
William Havard is a 11x certified and experienced Salesforce practitioner who has worked on and led several successful implementation projects across various industries. With about 4 years of experience in the ecosystem, William has been exposed to many Salesforce products and clouds, going from core products/clouds such as Sales, Service or Experience to more specific clouds such as Field Service, OMS, Net Zero and NPSP. He currently works as a Salesforce Senior Consultant at Slalom.
Olivier Bouchard
Slalom
Prior to joining the consulting industry, Olivier Bouchard spent the first 4 years of his career in the manufacturing industry, having multiple roles in different consumer goods company across Canada. He has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for 3 and a half year and enjoy discovering new features and solving complex problems using everything he can find in his toolbox. He is 11x certified and currently works as a Consultant at Slalom.
