Hear the amazing story of Giancarlo Silvestri, a Salesforce Consultant at Slalom, who went through an unconventional path to get here. His experience is something we can all learn from and be inspired by.

In his own words, Giancarlo says, “I never thought I would be where I am today. It was a long winding road from a kid who wanted to be a chef at any cost to a consultant with a Cody bear hanging on his monitor in his home office.  I am excited to share with you the story of how believing in myself, others believing in me, and what looked like chance at the time brought me here. TLDR believe in yourself, encourage others and Salesforce can change lives.”

Spotlight 2: Your LinkedIn Profile from a Recruiter’s Lens

This is a unique session where you will get to view how recruiter’s use LinkedIn for recruiting, directly from superstar recruiters - Meghan Conaty and Hana Ebrahim.

In this LinkedIn optimization session, Meghan & Hana will go over how to make your LinkedIn profile stand out, what recruiters are looking for and how they find your profile. LinkedIn has become one of the most powerful recruiting tools in the Salesforce ecosystem, so having an up-to-date profile with key information is critical whether you’re searching for a new job or promoting your personal brand.

We’ll go through some ninja recruiting sourcing techniques and we may even scan over some sample LinkedIn profiles at the end to highlight some of the do’s and don’ts based on what we learn.
