The first presentation will be from Eric Dreshfield on Interviewing in the Salesforce ecosystem. In this session, we will discuss ways to hone your job opportunity searching, how to craft a resume that gets you noticed, what to expect when interviewing and how you can showcase your Salesforce skill set, even when you don’t have any hands on work experience with Salesforce yet.

Immediately following the above, we'll have Gloria Gordon speak about "The Product Manager's Mindset". Admins are Product Managers, they own their orgs, the user (thus customer) experience, and are responsible for managing expectations and creating a tool that continually fosters company strategy. As such, Admins get requests from all over the place on how users and stakeholders think the org can be better, but we've never really been taught the fundamentals of how to prioritize, manage expectations, and improve overall UX and CX for our users! This presentation is meant to shift Admin's mindsets from "order takers" to strategic partners and key strategy implementers using the Product Manager's Mindset.
