Week 4: Intro To Screen Flow
Week 5: More complex Screen Flow elements (This session may run long)

Michael A. Grandel is a Salesforce MVP and certified Application Architect. Mike is the co-leader of the Baltimore Administrators User Group, a Platform Champion, and Destination Success 2017 Administrator World Champion. He enjoys designing applications and configuring automation to provide the best user experience and elevate data integrity. Mike is happy to talk Salesforce with anyone at any time, but particularly likes to help small nonprofits maximize their use of the platform to help add good to the world.

I am the Data Coordinator for Oasis Community Housing where I lead on the development and implementation of our Salesforce CRM system which uses the In-Form App originally developed by Homeless Link. I am also the lead for the Salesforce Meetup North East group, this is a new group for Salesforce users in the North East region. On top of that I am the Trailblazer Community Group Leader for Salesforce Administrators in the North East. My background was originally in Administration and Printing, now I focus on database development particularly using Salesforce.
