Join us for an interactive session where Troy Center, Sr Salesforce Developer at MCG Health, will walk through the essentials of connecting Visual Studio Code (VS Code) to a Salesforce sandbox org. We’ll cover the step-by-step process of authorizing an org, retrieving metadata, logging out/reconnecting, and best practices for storing your code.

Our goal is to demystify the setup process and show how simple it can be for admins to connect VS Code and push/pull changes. Troy will demonstrate live using a Trailhead Playground, and you’ll have the opportunity to follow along.
