3:25 PM	Salesforce Inbox Demo	Sangeetha Balasubramaniam (abrdn Investments CRM team) presents a Salesforce Inbox Demo, showing how it can integrate with your company email provider and Salesforce.
3:45 PM	Salesforce End User Training tips	Tani Long, Salesforce expert and Trailhead Academy certified Instructor, joins us all the way from Texas, USA to share her insights on how End-user training can make or break your Salesforce implementation. Learn how to ensure success and increase user adoption

4:15 PM	Growing the Salesforce Ecosystem – interactive session	Learning from Fluido thoughts on the need to invest in people to join the Salesforce ecosystem / support to upskill and secure roles in the Salesforce ecosystem. Group feedback on how our User group could collectively support the expected growth and minimise the skills gap through charities/support organisations (like MoveOn) or provide access for individuals to get access to the right support.
