Come and join us for our in-person 'early' Christmas event for Scotland Admin User Group.
This will be an excellent opportunity for new and existing members of the group to network, learn and share best practice with other fellow Salesforce users.
We will have a number of great speakers and content to cover with a chance to network and meet new community members.  With it being our last event of 2023, we'll be having some Christmas fun on the agenda too (even if the advent calendars do not technically start til the next day!)

Welcome and Introductions	A quick introduction from Paul Cathcart and Hazel Swan.
Introduction from our event sponsors abrdn	An introduction from abrdn representative Gordon Smith, Head of Architecture & Technology, who'll share his own experiences with Salesforce as an experienced IT professional. Alongside, Gordon will share how abrdn will get the most out of Salesforce technology as they move forward with their 2024 strategy.
Paul Cathcart - Interactive group problem solving	Paul will run a session where groups will collaborate to discuss how to tackle some common business problems using their Salesforce experience.

Paul Aylott - Introduction to CRM Analytics and abrdn Use Cases	Paul Aylott (abrdn Investments - Hd of CRM and Client Data) will deliver a short presentation introducing the CRM Analytics Product and how Investment business have used it to significantly improve dashboards & data visualization to the next level and improve CRM adoption in turn,
Chris Reeves - Christmas magic fun	Chris Reeves - Salesforce Technical guru, will be delivering a surprise magic based Christmas special activity to close. Prizes will be on offer!
