3:00 PM	SCVO Renewal Journey Success Story (Ann Rowe)	Learn how Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) captured its engagement data with members across its services and online interactions to better demonstrate the value of membership and support renewal and retention
3:30 PM	Campaign Audience Builder Demo (Yvonne Small)	Product demo showcasing some of the benefits and features of Campaign Audience Builder along with some lessons learned and tips from Yvonne who has recently set this up within her org.
4:00 PM	Break	A chance to network with liked minded colleagues over a coffee
4:15 PM	Dreamforce & Agentforce (Rhona Wallace)- Highlights	Here from Rhona Wallace (Snr Manager, Solution Engineering at Salesforce) on some of key highlights from Dreamforce event, including more on Agentforce.
4:45 PM	Post Event - Food, Drinks & Networking at Grand Cru	Some complimentary hot food and soft drinks will be available to nearby Grand Cru bar, which is only a couple of minutes away. Everyone welcome to carry on the conversation and great networking opportunity.
