Andrew is a Salesforce Consultant based in Edinburgh who has been working with the Salesforce Platform since 2008. He worked for many years as a freelance developer and solution architect, before setting up Cairies with his wife Emma. Cairies is a Salesforce implementation partner focused on helping small businesses in Scotland get the most out of Salesforce and Pardot.
When he's not busy working you'll normally find Andrew playing football with his football mad 9 year old son, in the gym for an early morning workout, or at the coffee machine trying to perfect his next espresso.
She launched Supermums to bring more women into tech and has supported 270+ trainees across 9 countries, engaged 170 volunteers and provided £390k+ probono hrs to charities. She is listed as 1 of the 100 most influential women in tech & has won won or been a finalist for a series of awards. In 2019 she was awarded a coveted Golden Hoodie as a Salesforce Trailblazer.
She now speaks to global audiences helping women to progress their careers in tech and companies to support equality and progression. She has presented for audiences of < 10,000 including, Salesforce World Tour Key Note London, Salesforce World Tour Manchester, Dreamforce to You hosted by Andrew Marr, Marie Claire & Salesforce Partner Events. She has contributor to The Evening Standard, The Guardian, CRN, Diversity Q, Thrive Global.
