Essential Consultancy Skills every Solo Admin should master (Heather Black)
Join the session to learn the softer skills beyond tech skills required to manage Salesforce projects.
An internal admin should understand and apply Business Analysis, Change Management and Project Management skills in their role. They are effectively a consultant with their employer as their client.
Join the session to find solutions to some of your possible nightmares – poor executive sponsorship leads to low user adoption. Find out how to shift this narrative by upskilling in these areas.
Leave the session as a more confident salesforce admin with some new consultancy tools and skills to apply in practice.

Get Started with Flows - An Admins Introduction (Andrew Mowat)
As a Salesforce Admin you've probably got workflow rules and process builders within your toolkit of options for solving business problems within Salesforce. Chances are you've probably encountered situations when you just can't achieve what you were hoping to with these options and are left to find a developer to help solve the issue.
This session will take an introductory look at Flows - what they do, when to use them and how they work along side other options. We'll build some simple examples to help understand the key concepts of Flows, take a look at some real world examples of Flows from other Salesforce orgs, and hopefully give you the confidence to start exploring this powerful addition to an Admins toolkit.
