Jay and Ted are speaking at Dreamin' in Color 2024 and would like to share their talk with the Portland User Group!  Please join us to hear Jay and Ted speak of their Salesforce experiences as they prepare for Dreamin' in Color 2024.

Jay Burton and Ted Hazard met at Dreamin' in Color 2023 during a podcast session.  Jay, a newcomer to the Salesforce ecosystem, and Ted, an experienced Salesforce veteran, decided to collaborate and launch the "Jay, Ted & the Salesforce Saga" podcast.  Their podcast focuses on Jay's path to obtain the Salesforce Admin certification and Ted's mission to expand his skills and expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, as well as sharing his advice gained from years of experience.

Jay and Ted come from quite different walks of life and Salesforce backgrounds, which is one of their distinguishing characteristics.  One was so new to Salesforce that he hadn't even worked with it before, whilst the other had been doing so for nearly two decades.  Not only have they personally committed to growing individually, but also to growing together, all while documenting their journey through a podcast.  

Jay and Ted would like to discuss how Dreamin' in Color motivated them to make significant changes in their life, take on new and interesting challenges, and how they are better off as a result.

At the closing ceremonies of Dreamin' in Color 2023, Tiffany awarded Jay a pass to return in 2024 and challenged him to become certified.  Jay accepted the challenge, but added he would not only return certified, but he would also be a speaker.  This is his chance to fulfill the promise and meet the challenge.
