About this event

This month we're going to take a look at Service Cloud with Salesforce MVP Brendan Conroy. Brendan works at Twitter which has a massive Salesforce instance that does case management. He'll talk about some of the best practices that he's learned, and share them with the group. He'll also demo some core Service Cloud functionality to the group.

Also, we'll have Jim Stolzfus do a Lightning Talk on Formulas.

We'll wrap up the night with a presentation from our sponsor ActiveCampaign, with a presentation on  "Why it's Important to Consider Your Customer’s Experience in Everything You Do." This will be presented by MVP HOF Eric Dreshfield.
