Salesforce Summer 21 Release notes and learn how Norway Post utilizes chatbots and even a little Kahoot fun on the way :-) Norway Post introduced a chatbot on their webpages from November 2018. The immediate effect was a reduction in the need for temporary staff during peak period of 10 persons. The chatbot has been a vital tool in handling the increase of numbers of customers contacting customer service though the pandemic.
