Dec 3, 3:00 – 6:00 PM (UTC)
Salesforce Admin Group, Omaha-Lincoln Metro, United States
It's time to give a little back by volunteering at our local Food Bank. While there we can talk about how thankful we are that Salesforce gives us the ability to put food on our tables. Save the Date! Please RSVP so we can get an approximate head count to coordinate the exact time.
Several Salesforce User Groups around the US are coming together on December 3rd to volunteer at local Food Banks. Why Dec 3? It coincides with the 40th Anniversary of Band-Aid’s “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” song. This song was transformational in that it brought awareness and food to people starving in Ethiopia. If you have never heard of the song learn more and have a listen here https://trailblazeraid.com/do-they-know-its-christmas/
LINCOLN: We will be volunteering at the Hunger Solutions Center from 9 am to 12. To sign up go to https://fbl.ivolunteer.com/dechsc24 and click on Volunteer. If you cannot make it that day please go another day and let me know.
OMAHA: Right now this is a Save the Date. Please RSVP if you think you can join us and if you prefer mornings or afternoons.
We are partnering with the Developeer user group and we will have a group at the Omaha Food Bank and a group at the Lincoln Food Bank.
