You don't have to have "Project Manager" in your title to up your game as a team member. Nicole Pomponio, 9x certified Senior Project Manager at SaltClick, will join us to share her tips and resources for effective communication, collaboration, and risk management, along with practical tools to empower your next project.

About this event

Navigating project management (whether it's in your title or not) can be challenging for any Salesforce professional. Communication and collaboration with customers, co-workers, and partners is key to successful projects no matter your role. Nicole Pomponio is Senior Project Manager at SaltClick with 9 Salesforce and Slack certifications. She'll guide us on what it means to be a Project Manager and how to identify, handle, and escalate common project risks. You'll leave this session with tips and practical tools you can use along the way to feel empowered on your current or next tough project.

We'll be meeting at the Cherry Hill Public Library - 1100 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. When you enter the library, look immediately to the left for the staircase to the lower level and meet us in the "Joyce Alexander Walker Multicultural Room" which is straight ahead at the bottom of the stairs.

We have set the start time of the meeting to 10:15 am as the library opens at 10 am on Saturday. We'll be there as soon as the library opens to set up with coffee and breakfast goodies. Please RSVP so we know how much food to bring. See you there!
