This month we're pleased to have join us self proclaimed Super Salesforce Nerd, John Graf, to share his creative use of Flow to share records with Community Users.
"Sharing records with external users can be a harrowing experience. Many partner relationships rely on getting the correct information in front of the right people. Though, it can be devastating if this information gets to the wrong person. We will walk through a Visual Flow build that allows our internal stakeholders to create a RFP and assign visibility to specific Community Users."
Then, we'll review a versatile Flow Component from Unofficial SF, Datatable LWC for Flow Screens.
"Datatable is a Flow Screen Component that allows you to configure and display a datatable on a flow screen. All you need to do is drag it onto the flow screen in the Flow Builder and give it a collection of records and a list of field names. The field label, type, and numeric formatting will default to what is defined in the object. The displayed records can be selected and/or edited for further use in the flow."
