Her awards include: the Salesforce’s Golden Hoodie award (May 2018), WeAreTheCity’s TechWoman100 award (2018), Salesforce MVP, BIMA100, Digital Champion for Change & Computing’s ENT Role Model of the Year.
Gemma established lots of community-based projects. One of them is Ladies Be Architects (which she also founded), a community interest company that encourages the growth of top, diverse talent in the Salesforce architect space.
